John Beresford-Peirse, Founder

John spent more than two decades in financial markets predominantly helping small and medium-sized UK-listed companies raise funds for their operations. 

He is a Londoner through and through with a lifelong interest in property, and seeing an opportunity in small scale development focusing on commercial to residential schemes, formed Cycle Properties in 2021 to serve the ongoing demand for good quality property in and around the capital.

John is responsible for sourcing each development opportunity, arranging its financing and putting together the professional team that will bring it to life. He holds an MBA from Bayes Business School and an MA from Edinburgh University.
