Founded in 2021 and based in London, Cycle Properties is focused on schemes in the southeast of England of up to 10 units and a target project life of circa 18 months. 

The opportunity to convert light industrial buildings into residential units is of particular interest, given these can often be hiding in plain sight in or near residential areas. By giving these buildings a new lease of life, they provide housing or workspace and contribute to the community. As ever in property, location is key.
